5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager a total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 15 before making a withdrawal. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳18,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each offer can only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member
• 9weket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Account inactive for a long period of time
• Legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 Member's Right to Close Their Own Account

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is possible to withdraw the available balance before closing the account, provided all wagering conditions are met.

8.3 Funds After Cancellation

If an account is cancelled due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited. If cancelled for a legitimate reason, a refund of the original deposit amount will be considered, however bonus balances are non-refundable.

9weket is not liable for the following:

• Loss or forfeited bets due to internet disconnection
• Issues caused by third-party software or technical errors
• Financial loss resulting from a member's own poor decisions or bets
• Loss caused by sharing account information with others
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues or server problems

9weket's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by the member in that month.
